I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Sarah and your amazing team. We brought our kitty, Sapphire, in as an emergency on Saturday night and were absolutely beside ourselves. As a neurodiverse family, the situation felt incredibly frightening and overwhelming. We had even been turned away elsewhere because we couldn’t afford to pay the full costs upfront. From the moment we arrived, Sarah showed such kindness, empathy, and genuine concern for Sapphire’s wellbeing. She made us feel safe during one of the most stressful moments we’ve ever experienced. Your receptionist was equally wonderful—calm, caring, and patient in explaining the costs and guiding us through who to contact to arrange the remaining payment. It was a terrifying night, made harder by the added stress of being a low-income family, but Sarah, your receptionist, and the entire team who supported us and cared for Sapphire were an absolute credit to your practice. Thank you so much for treating us with compassion and dignity when we needed it the most.

Incredible team, did everything they could possibly do and all while being really professional but empathetic. Truly care about the animals they look after, sought many opinions as was an unusual circumstance including calling specialists on a Saturday night. My lovely dog could not have had better care.

I have always had expert advice from the most experienced vets. The costs are frightening but i would always advise to get your pet insured because these vets are the difference between life and death. Thanks to all involved in VETSNOW

Amazing team on Saturday & into Sunday early hours. My dog had an Adder bite. The team were compassionate & looked after my dog & I so well. It was a traumatic 9 hours for my dog & for me but the vets & vet nurses made such a traumatic situation much easier to cope with. Thank you so much. You are all amazing.

Great speedy service from check in to pick up and even processing the insurance claim! They took great care of our boy with regular updates! The admin in the back ground was done so fast and quickly they had sent the insurance info before I had a chance to put the claim in!

We have recently lost our 11 year old German shepherd called Ginny. She was the sweetest, kindest soul and absolutely loved people, children especially. Ginny had a fantastic life and was inseparable from my fiance. The heartbreaking goodbye was of course incredibly upsetting, but the professional and compassionate help and comfort we received by the staff at vets now was something we won't forget. Thank you Scott & Jayne

Honestly shocked by my bill! And by the lack of response to my email bringing to light several issues Breaking down the charge, it cost me £10.60 every minute I was in your establishment and that’s without the charge of each individual procedure, this is just for the “pleasure” of being in your establishment. Legally as pet owners we have to seek out veterinary care when an animal is suffering how is it ethical that you can charge whatever price you see fit for owners carrying out their legal duty. I have had smaller bills for Sunday out of hours visit with my horse where the vet had to travel to me at very social hours. I was then shocked to see I had paid for an “optional” donation, though this had never been discussed which legally isn’t correct, optional charges must be discussed. Fundamentally you took away a basic human right, and that is the right to choose, in this matter I had no choice to donate or not. Most I am shockingly is the cost of Istathal, the maximum price for the drug on the prescription websites that I regularly use for my other animals is £15 you charged me £26.89 with fees of £17.92 which I do not understand as the drug was never administered onsite, it is a course for my dog at home. Normally I am charged a £10 prescription charge from my regular vets if I’m not getting the drugs directly from them this looks like you’ve incorporated that into the original cost, which makes me incredibly confused and shocked with the added £17.92 fee. I am shocked to see obviously that you charge what ever you fancy for such simple tasks. I am grateful for you helping my dog when he needed help, but I do not appreciate being charged astronomical prices for such a service

We sadly received the call that our precious kitty Bella had been run over and taken to Vets Now. She did not make it. Of course we were and remain absolutely broken at her loss. The compassion shown by the staff was a great comfort. Each time I had to make contact thereafter I was met with sympathy, understanding and care.

We couldn't find anyone close to us to put our little dog to sleep as our Vets had just closed, it was Saturday. We had to take our girl 20 miles but this meant we had one last journey with her. We were seen straight away, Vet James was very kind to our girl and helped her on her way although I wish I had held her in my arms at the time, a huge regret on my part. We cannot fault the care we received but have been rocked by the bill of £392.50, it was however, nice to receive a sympathy card from the Vets with the bill. I am finding it hard to live without my beautiful girl, each day is painful & not sure of the point without her, but I thank James for his help.
