   Called to speak to them offering the conveyancing of the sale of my mums house (probate) where my brother was currently living and the purchase of his flat. I was put through to a woman who did not give me her name but was exceptionally rude to me. This is because I was trying to explain my brothers special needs which clearly she did not give a monkeys about she just kept firing questions at me which I didn’t understand!! She told me I had an attitude which I did not!! I was simply trying to understand what she was saying and explain about my brother!!! I called back to complain and they said there were 2 men in the complaints team and they would call me back that day. This was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting. To add to this they worked on a previous purchase and undercharged us £1000 and then contacted us for it. My husband agreed to £50 a month as it was their error!!! Run away as fast as you can!!! - very unprofessional !!!
