   Althoughy house purchase eventually went through the service and communications from BEETON EDWARDS and Zoe in particular were very poor. Always had to chase for call backs or replies. Had to escalate to the MD twice to get a reply. Even to this day 3 months after the purchase I have outstanding questions awaiting a call back. I would not recommend this company and would never use again.

   5* service from start to finish. Highly professional, kept me up to date the entire way through the sale of my flat. Buyers solicitors were appalling in comparison with no response or action on the file for weeks. Buyer had to complain again and again to get his purchase actioned. Rebecca and Kerry could not have been more helpful turning around queries quick. I would not hesitate to recommend Beeton Edwards and have told family and friends whose properties are currently on the market to use them.

   We have just moved as part of a full chain for the first time which was stressful to say the least! However, the team at Beeton Edwards were really professional and helpful throughout, making the experience much less anxiety inducing that it could have been. Our case manager Kerry went above and beyond, during what was a really busy time leading up to the stamp duty holiday deadline, to ensure everything was sorted from our end chased the other solicitors on our behalf when there were delays elsewhere in the chain. They were willing to answer any questions we had at any time and responded to calls or emails promptly. They made the whole process as clear and transparent as can be. We would definitely use there services again and would recommend.

   I have just completed a sale and purchase with Beeton Edwards, and was happy with their service throughout. It was a very challenging sale, both due to the time constraints of the Stamp Duty holiday, and due to difficult circumstances with our buyer and estate agent, but Kerry and Rebecca worked tirelessly to get it done on time, even when we ended up having to exchange and complete on the same day. Meanwhile the purchase side of it was smooth as can be, no issues whatsoever.
