   Little gem of a guest house. Owner was very welcoming on our arrival. Requested a low floor room which we got. Good size room. Comfy bed. Plenty storage for clothes. Bathroom was spotless. Good touch supplying toiletries for showering . Top notch cooked breakfast and also cereals ,yogurts and fresh fruit. Plenty parking in Pittodrie place just round the corner from b&b. Walking distance to golf course. Definitely will be back when we come to Aberdeen

   William and Geraldine were lovely hosts. William was very accommodating, and shared an interest in our travel itinerary. Breakfast was delicious, and great value for money. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. William helped us with our luggage and booked us an early morning taxi...this B @ B is one of the best!

   My sister and I stayed here for a whole week. William and Geraldine were extremely welcoming and wonderful hosts. I can’t say enough about them. They took the time to converse with us, give us great recommendations, and even helped us with our bags on our departure. Breakfast was abundant, expertly prepared and delicious every day. I cannot believe the amount of quality food that they provide each and every day from the French press coffee to the fresh picked berries and full traditional Scottish breakfast, including beans, tomato, and bacon, eggs, and toast to order! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, plenty of hot water, great water, pressure, conveniently, located, and secure. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

   Good location with city center, beach and old town all within walking distance and busstopp right outside the door. Lovely hosts who cooked a nice breakfast. Bed was comfy, but room and property rather worn down.

   Very dated, rooms need some work with old appliances, lumpy beds and pillows that looked to be about 20 years old. Had to ask for the heating to be turned on. Shower just warm with only a trickle of water - no pressure at all. Room had a very musty smell. Breakfast reasonable.

   A very friendly welcome and great value. Comfortable rooms with en-suite facilities, TV, wi-fi. Price includes full or continental breakfast. On a main bus route. Approx 20 mins walk from Union Street. Free on-street parking nearby. Highly recommended.

   My experience agrees with previous reviews. I would ordinarily give three stars if my expectation was met according to the information provided when booking. However, the host William and the accommodation was excellent in all respects, espically the breakfast and just as importantly an 11.00 am checkin, hence I've given 5 stars.

   As a guest house, it is precisely that warm and welcoming run by a husband and wife team that makes you feel part of the family - Very reasonably priced in this day and age. Breakfast is well worth it as you will not need a midday meal. Comfortable, quiet and clean. It will be my go to place when in Aberdeen.

   We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and parking but found we had to park on the street on single yellow lines. We found both the rooms very stuffy and needed to have the windows open all the time. One had a missing kettle. The showers were just warm with little water pressure. We all had such a bad night we decided to leave after one night but we're charged for the whole stay. The accommodation was very dated and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it!
