Went for a Breakfast for the second time and did not disappoint. Upon entering the gentleman was very welcoming and quick get me seated. It's not a buffet but it is unlimited. So the server comes and asks how much of each item you want, you decide. The breakfast was cooked perfectly and tasted perfectly. For £10.99 you get unlimited breakfast, unlimited coffee, tea or juice and unlimited continental breakfast. Great supply of cereals, spreads and bread. Well worth the price for great food and attention. Plenty of space in Car park.

Food was hot and delicious, my chicken was very tender and juicy not dry at all. Restaurant was kept clean and maintained, Helene our waitress was absolutely amazing she made us feel welcome as were not from the area and she had a lovely conversation with us and she has been there for years. Helene is a credit to your Company she clearly has a passion for customer service and nothing you ask of her is too much!

I had taken my wife for a celebrity meal and as you would imagine we were both in high spirits that was soon to be quashed by the food and service at what I used to consider a pleasant establishment. Our order was taken and the food "delivered" to our table in what felt like an eternity. I had a burger, if you could call the dot on my plate that. My wife had spare ribs with chips...literally that...spare ribs and chips. No source, garnish or coleslaw (the coleslaw was listed on the menu as an accompaniment) which was queried with the waitress. The waitress queried this with the kitchen and returned to tell us there was none left offering some salad instead which my wife politely declined. I mentioned to the waitress that it would have been nice to have been informed of the lack of an ingredient that made up the dish prior to ordering it but I don't think she heard me as she walked away (or simply ignored me). Now let's be frank, it may seem insignificant that the coleslaw was missing from the meal or that I could get a more substantial burger from McDonalds for half the price. However as professionals in the catering industry you would expect that if something on the menu was not available the waitress would have been told to inform the customer as such instead of just leaving it out and hoping the customer doesn't notice. Also you would hope your waitress paid enough attention to the customer to listen to them instead of simply walking away. The bad service and slap dash food left us both with a bitter taste which is why I will never frequent this establishment again as I don't think it is too much to ask that you get what you order from a waitress who is willing to pay attention to their customers. - * for the food presented not matching what it says on the menu. - * because the waitress didn't let us know the restaurant had run out of coleslaw (coleslaw, really?) - * for the waitress' care less attitude towards the customer.

Absolute shambles from start to finish. Our table wasn't ready, we were left standing at the door for quite some time. We waited over an hour after ordering our Sunday lunch before it arrived. The food was cold and basic. The service was ridiculous! What service,I had to go and look for the sauces we'd asked for, she'd gone to get them and never came back. I had to speak to a different waitress. We'd finished our food when she came back with a extremely small condiment for four people!!!. We certainly wouldn't recommend this place. A complete waste of time.

Lovely service as soon as we arrived for lunch and the restaurant was cool which was a blessing as was so hot outside. I had the fish and chips and the churros sundae for dessert. Restaurant was not too busy but this was midweek lunchtime. They offer a daytime menu Monday to Friday until 5pm which has less options than their main menu but good value at £9.45 for 2 courses or £11.45 for 3 courses. The main menu is vast with lots of choice from the usual beefeater menu. They usually throw in some new items seasonally like the new vegan peanut banana sundae. Not 4 stars on this occasion as they did not have a few items on the menu or behind the bar.

It was quite nice and not as busy as I thought it would be, considering it was a bank holiday Monday, the staff were very nice and helpful, orders were accurate, prices were reasonable and service was fairly quick, could be a bit faster in preparing the desserts. Great overall!

Decidedly average meal, steak was good but the rib BBQ sauce was very bland. Service was fine. Poor beer selection with only 1 ale on tap. Not bad for the money but there are other well known chain restaurants which offer better food for the same price.
