   18 months after completing and chasing the title deeds and being repeatedly told covid caused a backlog. Lied to repeatedly. I finally find out that there isn't even a application pending. Avoid like the plague this firm is fraudulent and corrupt.

   My friend tried to deal with Vincent Jasper Solicitors and still regrets about it. They basically never worked on papers. Already 8 months and no reply. People please do not deal with them. They are dangerous and full od scam. Specially John Stevens who is lazy as racoon.

   No way to contact them. They simply don't pick up telephone and not answering emails. If you are so busy don't take any clients and their money. Already paid and nothing was done.

   Avoid It took over 8 months to complete my searches and exchange contracts with the seller when buying my flat. I have had asked to wait for 2 months though so overall 6 months. One of the encounters with them was very unprofessional when they called to inform me that there will be some additional fees as one of the titles needed more clarity so the woman that called me simply suggested to give up and buy other property instead and that was well into 6 month of waiting from them to complete and do the searches... After the completion they had to return some money back for what they wanted to charge me £50, I must say again very unprofessional as they were very pricy to begin with. I wouldn't recommend their services.
