   I used Franklin Allen Legal Services for dealing with the sale of my house and the purchase of my new house, as I felt it would hopefully speed up the process and ensure things were as straightforward as possible. This was definitely the case. Having not moved house for almost 20 years, I had lots of questions and concerns. All the staff that I spoke to in the office were very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly at each and every stage of the process. No question was too much trouble and this continued after everything was complete and I had an additional queries. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and support throughout my move, as circumstances were very stressful and they helped to alleviate some of this.

Possibly the worse time to try and purchase for the first time or get a mortgage but from day 1 they've both been fast, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with.
