   Incredibly unprofessional. Communication was a nightmare, many questions during the sale and purchase of our home left unanswered. They arranged the exchange date with the buyer of our house without consulting us, we found out a week after their conversation!! They had kindly arranged our move out date a week before Christmas even though our new house wasn’t ready for exchange which then forced us to find a house to rent with 1 weeks notice only 7 days before Christmas. We asked about boundary line ownership on our new property and I was told ‘ask the neighbours when you move in’! Why are we paying thousands only to have to ask neighbours about who owns what when we move in?? Completely unprofessional, I couldn’t really believe they said it at the time. Avoid.
