   Appalling, failed to turn up for a collection at Heathrow. Told me to get a taxi from Heathrow to home and they would pay the difference. When I provided the receipt, they just ignored me, so still out of pocket. Would never use this company again.

   do not book this taxi company!!! Pre booked a taxi weeks in advance, confirmed it twice over email and twice on the day over the phone, never turned up! We were in the middle of nowhere at midnight, called them 30+ times from different phones, nobody turned up. Had to walk home through the country lanes in the dark. Called them the next evening and finally got through ' said they will find out what happened ' but didn't apologize or care so I've reported to leaving a crappy review, very very unreliable.

   We had originally booked our taxi for a particular day of the week and asked if we could rearrange at fairly short notice which they accommodated. Our driver arrived promptly. Would definitely use again.

   On Winchester Road taxi (ks55 ccl) was parked completely obstructing the pavement so I had to take my 2yr old into the busy main road to get past. Driver deliberately avoided eye contact.

   Booked return taxi 3 days ahead and received confirmation by email. After waiting 10 minutes beyond pick up time rang controller who didn't know what the problem was and hung up on me. Took my car as was late for function and left it at venue. Got a Uber back which was great service and 25% cheaper. DON'T USE.

   The worst taxi company you will ever have. I booked a taxi in the morning to pick my husband in the afternoon to go to the hospital for a cancer treatment. They confirmed the date and the time and they asked me for a telephone number to call. They did not turn up and when we called them back they said there were no taxi available and also that I booked it for the morning and not for the afternoon. I phoned them to complained and they just hung up on me. They let a perdon with cancer down, waiting for his treatment really anxious. So at the end I had to call an Uber. They were quick and efficient. Do not Use Chase car company, they are so umprofessional.

   Disgraceful service. Very rude call handler, chaotic management, bookings not met, drivers not briefed. Twice we booked an 8-seater taxi (30 April and 22 May). Both times the call handler was very abrupt. Both times the taxi did not arrive. Both times we phoned to check. No apologies and drivers were diverted or called out at last minute. Both times we were late for appointments. There are many reviews like this. Until Chase Cars drastically improve their customer contact and their internal management they do not deserve to stay in business.

   Excellent service. Booked our cab the night before the morning we had to travel. Car came exactly on time which was perfect! Car was clean, driver was excellent and really friendly. Got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare. They even have a card reader to take card payments. Will definitely be using this service next time I'm in the area!
