Booked them to pick up my 16 year old late on a Saturday night - asked for the price and was told £35. When they picked her up said it was £45 and ‘had a recording to prove it.’ Disgusting behaviour intimidating young people and lying to them.
Worst service ever I will never use it again. I ordered a taxi and I was told that it will take 10 min but even after 20 min wait there wasn’t any taxi so, I had to call the customer service to find out and was told that the taxi is on its way but after 40 mins taxi turned up. I won’t be using this taxi service ever.
