“I need to get to a lot of medical appointments at the moment and can't currently drive, as well as needing to get to and from the station, so I've had well over a dozen journeys with them in the last few months. Every driver I've had has been absolutely lovely, making sure I'm ok getting in and out of the car and they've all been very friendly. They're occasionally busy so it'll take 15/20 minutes but they'll always say when you call. There is also an email address you can use for booking which I have for important appointments and they've always been on time.”
