   Don't bother. After 45 minutes of waiting I tried to ask politely for estemated arrival time of the cab, just to hear "call another company". No excuses. There are better alternatives.

   Takes a booking hours before the time and then without even giving me a phone call, they are late 15 min. After 15 min I call them and they say that yeah, they are late, and they will be another 10 minutes. Lost a house viewing because of this as the agent couldn't wait any longer and had to go to another property. Maybe you don't realise that, but that 10 minutes can have a devastating impact on peoples lives. If you make a promise, bloody keep it. Start treating customers seriously or go out of business.
