   Really disappointed, booked in advance to take 7 of the family to our daughters graduation at Winchester Cathedral. We had a confirmation, and replied to the confirmation. On the day, they did not show up. We phoned , 3 times , to find out the computer had cancelled our booking. After 30 minutes and still no show or final call back, we had to take two cars last minute and drive to the venue. Such a special day , which should of been stress free , made us late leaving and nightmare finding parking. Luckily made it in time and had an amazing day. No thanks to this taxi firm unfortunately, total failure.

   Did all our booking through emails quick to respond. Almost a year in advance very accommodating, we changed our plans several times never issue turned up on time friendly drivers have every confidence in them will be using them again next time in the area for the next festival. I feel a very reasonable price. We have one issue but they kept us informed that they were slightly running behind schedule. Jon Sutton

   I need to get to a lot of medical appointments at the moment and can't currently drive, as well as needing to get to and from the station, so I've had well over a dozen journeys with them in the last few months. Every driver I've had has been absolutely lovely, making sure I'm ok getting in and out of the car and they've all been very friendly. They're occasionally busy so it'll take 15/20 minutes but they'll always say when you call. There is also an email address you can use for booking which I have for important appointments and they've always been on time.

   PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY FORM OF SERVICE, TERRABLE SERVICE AT IT'S WORST, THEY LIE ABOUT THERE PICK UP TIMES, THEY SAY OH 20 MINUTES, DONT BELIVE IT !!! THEY JUST WANT YOU TO GET ON THE HOOK AND MAKE A BOOKING AND WAIT FOREVER, I DONT THINK THIS IS A DRIVERS FAULT BUT THE DRIVERS HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE FRUSTRATION OF THE TRAVALLERS, THE DRIVERS NEED TO SET THERE OWN RELIABLE BUSINESS AND PUT WINCHESTER TAXI'S OUT OF BUISSNESS FOR THERE TERIBLE NO CARE SERVISE.

   rude. I was trying to get home from Winchester hospital after an appointment for my disabled son after 25mins it arrived. After putting my disabled son in the car I advised the driver that the wheelchair was ours and needed to go in the boot so he popped it I then loaded the boot myself. after I got in the car was told told had to pay upfront in cash
