   Booked 2 trips in advance for a Saturday. Phoned on the Friday before just to confirm. 12:30pm first booking. Taxi did not show up. Called the office at 12:32 and they said he did and cancelled booking as we did not show. It was a 6 minute call and was then told we'd have to wait some time for another driver. Second booking for 11:15pm. Cab turned up early, before 11pm but luckily we were ready to go. Driver drove like he was racing to his next fare; scared children his driving was that erratic.

   Have used Millers many times before and would given 5 stars, but booked taxi for New Year 1 month before and was canx at 11am on day due to too many bookings. Disgusted as gonna be a nightmare now to find a taxi. Thanks

   Booked a taxi via Map My Ride app for the first time and was quoted £6.20. Chose cash option as I like to tip driver. Driver raised charge to £15 for a 2mile ride at 7.15pm when I had no chance to book alternatives. Went to wrong location and was 20 minutes late. Will never use this service again!

   What a day!!! Called to book a taxi as we had issues with our car and it was being towed to a garage. The gent on the phone asked where abouts we were, where we were going and said the taxi would be there to meet us. And yes she was, what a wonderful lady, Amanda, and amazing service from all involved. Amanda even helped us with our bags to the door. Thankyou both for making a stressful afternoon an awful lot easier.
