We have been twice now. Both times have been long wait for food Our 2nd experience we was there nearly 4 hours. 2 cooks in the kitchen for a full restaurant. The restaurant was clean and tidy and our server Andy was amazing very polite and helpful. Good with the kids The food when it came was faultless cooked beautifully meat fell right of the bone Just seems to be very short staffed and times reflect this

Not existent service, food was ok. Waited at the entrance as the sign said to do for 15mins before being acknowledged, along with 10-15 other customers. Eventually someone I suspect was management came over, no apology for the wait just simply stated there’s an hour wait for food. The restaurant wasn’t busy, perhaps 25%. We were seated and another wait of 15mins before someone who couldn’t have been less interested came to take our drinks order, having got the impression things were going slow I ordered food at the same time. After waiting for another 30mins for the drinks I went see what was going on, just as they were being picked up from the bar. The waitress (different one than took the order) did apologise for this and assured us they’d be taken off the bill, which they were. Food arrived early, just a 50min wait, and was pretty good, I’d say what you’d expect from a Beefeater but not in a bad way. I did fancy getting home on the same day so didn’t bother to order desert and just asked for the bill. When the waitress came over and I said I had a discount code the look she gave could have killed a small child, admittedly I could have told her when asking for the bill but I didn’t really get a chance before she walked off. So, service was appalling, food was fine, atmosphere was a restaurant where every customer was fed up of waiting and the staff were fed up of customers that were fed up

Dropped in for breakfast and left seriously impressed (and very full). It was quiet, which meant no queues or chaos, perfect for a pre-coffee human like me. You pay at the bar when you arrive, so there’s no awkward “do we flag someone down or just wait forever?” moment at the end. It’s all buffet, and they’ve nailed it. Pastries, yogurts, toast, fruit, juices, coffee, and then the crown jewel…the cooked breakfast. Help yourself like it’s your nan’s kitchen. Everything was fresh, and the sausages? Absolute heroes! None of those sad, mystery-meat ones either, these were the real deal. Place was spotless, staff were lovely, and at £11 with kids eating free, it’s practically a breakfast bargain. Would definitely recommend, go hungry and wear stretchy pants.

Absolutely disgusting. Waited 15 mins to be seated so went to sit ourselves and they give attitude to return to the front. Then 20 mins to have our drinks the waitress first off was lovely then food arrived. £20 each and the plates were absolutely awful. Barley any meat no potatoes when asked about it the response was ‘well it’s normally on a smaller plate that’s why ACTUALLY’ and we then refused to eat it or pay and the manager knew it looked awful too!! Ended up leaving

Food: decent, steak was too well done and a bit burnt, portion sizes are quite small but filling with the starters Service: okay, could be better Atmosphere: quite empty, the lighting for Christmas is cute and pretty

Absolutely awful! The waitress was lovely however the food was horrendous, especially for the price they charged. We definitely won’t be returning.

Our experience was greatly spoilt as we felt totally unsafe as the outlet was hosting a party for staff at the same time as paying customers. There was lots of people in outdoor coats setting tables and handling cutlery without washing there hands after entry to the restaurant from outside or even using the sanitatiser. We had to return a cold meal which was then charged twice by the staff member. As covid is not gone away some of us are still very cautious and this experience did not help.

Great location and an inviting building with good parking. Clean and tidy interior and all the usual things that you expect from your price. Sometimes there is a irritating wait to be seated as it seems like a shortage of staff or just a bit badly organised. Overall it's a nice place to have breakfast and a evening meal, although you need to book on the weekend to ensure you get a table.

Reading the recent reviews when we got to the restaurant, I wondered what I had signed up for. Having booked an overnight at the Premier Inn. I ordered. The meal deal. It was very good. Service was good, both in the evening and at breakfast the following day. I couldn't fault our stay at all.,
