    Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this groomer based on our experience some time ago. 1. She used clippers to shave my long-haired dachshund, despite my explicit instructions not to do so. Who would shave a long haired Dachshund? She doesn't use any documentation. 2. My dog, who has never shown aggression in 15 years of being groomed, but he bit her, indicating he was distressed. This was later confirmed by the next groomer who had to complete the groom as Kim left him half done, who noted that my dog had clipper burn marks. Of note we paid her in full for this and she never acknowledged her errors. It took me a long time to write this post, but I believe the public should be aware of these issues.

    Kim kindly fitted in my two Cavalier King Charles just before Christmas for a wash and cut and did a great job. Kim was professional and easy to talk to and not an expensive groomer. I hope to return in 2024.

    Kim has been amazing with my dog since he was a puppy! he always comes back happy and very clean and tidy! Will be using Kim for hopefully many years to come! She also took him walking for me and lead trained him he now walks beautifully!

    Kim was very friendly. I was nervous about leaving my puppy with a stranger but she was kind and treated him very well. When I picked him up his tail was wagging and he was having a great time! Kim cut his fur exactly as I asked and was even able to give advice. I will definitely be going back for my puppy's next trim.

    We took our boy Dave to Kim for the first time today and we’re extremely impressed! Dave has a form of dog dementia so can be a bit of a nightmare and touching his feet is nearly impossible. We asked for him to be shaved as short as possible and just do whatever she could. Not only has she managed to groom him all over but also managed to do his paw hair! Thanks again for giving Dave a more comfortable look.

    A dog groomer who is very good at her job, friendly and professional. She left my furry baby like a prince, as he was a bit scruffy. This woman left him with an incredible softness in his coat. I will definitely count on her the next time my dog needs a grooming.

    If you are a cat owner avoid this groomer. My longhaired cat went in with a couple of knots that could have been brushed out and possibly needed one clipped. Instead came back to me with half his hair shaved off and had not even been bathed. Groomer saying that she could not bath a cat as they were to “delicate”. My cat has a typical raggdoll temperament and is very placid, would not scratch or bite in a grooming session. This place should be advertised as just a dog groomer exclusively as clearly not comfortable or able to handle cats.

    Kim was just so amazing, patient and kind to my half maincoon cat Alf, she sorted out all his matting and took his rather disgruntled disposition in her stride. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Thankyou Kim.

    Kim is an absolute delight. Very professional. Two dogs collected and groomed to perfection. Had walks with Kim and absolutely loved their time. Highly recommended - Could not wish for better...complete confidence with her for my boys.
