   Charged £25 for a 9 minute journey. Wasn't put on the meter, (which was in the car and switched off) just named the price at the end. Nothing wrong with the service but felt like we were totally ripped off.

   Totally unreliable. Booked a taxi 3 weeks in advance to pick us up after a wedding in the New Forest. Called them 48 hours ahead to reconfirm. They didn't turn up! We were stuck in the middle of the Forest at midnight with no phone signal. Seriously unimpressed. Luckily, another guest sent their taxi back to pick us up. Called Lyndhurst & Brockenhurst taxis when we eventually got home and they denied having our booking. Avoid this taxi firm at all costs.

   I used Lyndhurst Taxis four times over Christmas and they were excellent each time. I booked everything from Spain via email and kaya helped me sort it all out. The taxi drivers were really nice, thank you for making my xmas stress free.

   Very Reliable Service! Great driver. Got a taxi to from Southampton to the forest Lodge for a weekend break the driver was extreamly nice and allowed us to connect our phone to his stereo to play music... even allowed pee stops! Would Highly Recommended!

   This is a very reliable and affordable taxi company in the area. Every time I needed a taxi, even when it was a time no other taxi company would be operating, they would find a solution. They are always on time, they never lie about the waiting time. And the best thing is their staff - always good mood, nice conversations. Cars are in very good shape too. Would recommend to everyone!
