Charged £25 for a 9 minute journey. Wasn't put on the meter, (which was in the car and switched off) just named the price at the end. Nothing wrong with the service but felt like we were totally ripped off.

Totally unreliable. Booked a taxi 3 weeks in advance to pick us up after a wedding in the New Forest. Called them 48 hours ahead to reconfirm. They didn't turn up! We were stuck in the middle of the Forest at midnight with no phone signal. Seriously unimpressed. Luckily, another guest sent their taxi back to pick us up. Called Lyndhurst & Brockenhurst taxis when we eventually got home and they denied having our booking. Avoid this taxi firm at all costs.
