We’ve used Hampshire freight twice, once for delivery to the Isle of Wight of 15 windows and once to send a bathroom suite back to the mainland. On both occasions, the team were informative, very reasonably priced and showed great care when delivering and collecting. Great service too. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again.
Used Hampshire freight this week And was so impressed with their service They could not be more helpful going above and beyond to wait for my partner to pick up our parcel from their depot longer than they should have done Charlie was so polite and friendly on the phone when I made the order with them This goes a long way in business and is becoming a rarity in todays climate I would highly recommend Hampshire freight for their quality of service and prices
Depot manager is Devious and not to be trusted. Delivery resulted in a pallet truck breaking and unable to complete delivery. He agreed on the phone it would get it sorted the next day as the delivery was partially complete and not delivered to its final destination in my garage. 3x 3tonne pallets were on the order with 2 successfully moved into my garage. The other is blocking my driveway. No one showed up next day to move the pallet. When I called him he remembered who I was but conveniently couldn’t recall If it was delivered or not. When I reminded him, he said “we only deliver kerbside” and denied ever agreeing to dropping the 3 tonne delivery in my garage. Now I’m left with my driveway blocked because of a false promise. The item is too heavy to move. Based on this, I would not recommend using this company for freight services they have zero care for their customers needs. Only interested in bottom line.

Fantastic service delivering to the IOW called me 30 minutes before they arrived so I wasn’t waiting in all day - driver was great and helped bring in my new sideboard -and the price was 5 times cheaper than I was quoted by the company I bought my item from - highly recommend
I needed a flat pack shed delivered to the Isle of Wight and the supplier refused to to go "off shore", despite offering to pay the extra for the ferry...Then I remembered Hampshire Freight! I asked them for a price and they came back to me within the hour and all I can say is that it was value for money! Charlie was quick to respond to my emails and made the whole process from start to finish easy and smooth, will definitly be using these folks again when required! Thanks again!
Awful attitute. Turned up with a delivery and told had to wait as they are busy. They stood around for 60 minutes chatting doing nothing. Waited 1 hour 40 mins for a couple of pallets. I'd be ashamed if I was thier MD. Paying them to sit around like that? Awful attitude. When you go bust you'll look back and realise your staff took your money for nothing. Sat there and watched them chatting away taking your cash.... However, when different staff arrived they had a good attitude and unloaded in 10 minutes.
