Today our girls had their first professional makeover. Laura and Heidi were absolutely wonderful. Lovely wash and manicure and two beautiful dogs at the end, dressed with Christmas bow ties too. Highly recommend and we will be back soon xx
Can’t recommend them enough. Laura has been absolutely brilliant with our Toy Poodle (Rolo) always taken great care of him and comes out looking fantastic. Pleased to have found an excellent groomer for our pup.
Brought my dog here for a trim. Was meant to be showing at a dog show this weekend, but thats right out of the window now. She looks like one of those hairless cats. In fact considering she's a teacup poodle, she now looks like a terrier, and she's not happy either. Sat in her bed looking so sad. Never taking her there again. All previous reviews said how good they were, but starting to think they are friends as most are posted 2 months ago. AVOID unless you just want your dog shaved. As for the owners reply, yes it was your place, just because I'm from coventry doesn't mean I don't travel with my pets. My friend lives in abingdon and I was visiting at the time.
My senior German shepherd Charlie absolutely loves coming here, he gets super hairy and he always comes out looking fresh and shiny and definitely a bit lighter! Laura has been super helpful creating a grooming schedule for him based on his coat to help us keep on top of it. He’s an older boy with osteoarthritis in his hips and Laura really takes the time to keep him comfortable the entire groom. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Thanks ladies.
Myself and fellow groomers had an amazingly entertaining and extremely well organized seminar and workshop with Laura. It was planned and executed so well! We all came away with so muvh knowledge from such a well seasoned groomer, along with new skills and friends. Would highly recommend her as a teacher to all those looking to improve and also as a groomer as well.
