   Hattie is so warm hearted and loves our puppy Nel. She’s done Nel’s groom right from the beginning introducing her to all the sites and sounds in the room. Nel loves all the cuddles she receives and I have no doubt that she has a good time. Hattie is exceptionally talented at what she does and. Nel comes home looking beautiful. Thank you Hattie. I can’t recommend enough.

   Lily used to literally be traumatised by every other groomers we tried, so much so we used to clip her ourselves! So thankful we found Hattie! She does an amazing groom but so much more as it’s definitely all about our ‘pups’ 100% recommend. Amazing find, you and your pup won’t regret your visit!

   Harriet always does a wonderful job with our spaniel. Before going to Harriet, he was very nervous about having nails clipped, and she took the time with him to get him to the stage where he has little issues with it now. He adores Harriet and is so excited to see her when we arrive. No issues with leaving him and always looks great when we collect him. Thank you!!

   We have three dogs all very different coats and sizes and Harriet did an amazing job for all three. One is a Romanian rescue and he is very nervous because of previous abuse. Not only did he enjoy himself and look gorgeous afterwards, Harriet managed to win his trust so quickly and was so good with his nervous nature that we won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend
