Alison has been grooming my four dogs for the last three years and looking after them when we are away. Service and quality has always been brilliant very highly recommended
Very disappointing service all round. Impossible to get hold of, Turns up once and does a fair to middling job. Booked her to come back before Christmas since I couldn’t find anyone else - doesn’t answer the phone, reply to emails, respond to texts or voicemail. Basically she’s doing you a favour by grooming your dog. Be prepared to have to chase her if you ever do make the mistake of booking her. Avoid this amateur at all costs and find someone professional within the Reading area - Alison Roets will let you down for sure like she did for my two dogs and all just before Christmas to make her even worse.
