I have always been so pleased with the care and love Sophie takes with my two dogs who absolutely love her. I cannot rate here high enough. I am happy to recommend her as a first Class dog groomer
I've been using Sophie's grooming services for nearly 5 years now and I have never once been disappointed. I had 2 yorkies and when one passed Sophie was really supportive. She cares so much and always does an amazing prompt job. Always accommodating to appointment times and days and is always happy! Would 100% recommend Sophie to anyone!
Sophie is so friendly and always makes a fuss of our dog. Daisy always leaves looking beautiful, we wouldn't use any other groomer.

I wasn't actually going to write this review but the people around me insisted that I should share my experience which was unfortunately a very bad one. The face was shaped so badly that I was in total shock when I first saw it. Looked nothing like my dog at all. I think she first tried to do it with a shaver (because on the top of the nose is VERY short) and then she decided not to and left the rest of the head literally a square. It is a maltese terrier and a very calm dog, has been to groomers many times before and I have never experienced something like this in my life. When we came back home I had to spend 3 hours watching youtube videos and trying to shape her face. Currently I'm just waiting for her hair to grow back so that she can get a proper haircut. Lastly, here are before and after photos of my dog so you can decide for yourself. Two stars only because the body was alright as it has been done with a shaver.
