   They didn’t publish my other review despite telling the truth. I suspect APL are taking down any bad reviews and only keeping up the good ones. Terrible letting agency, never took accountability for issues or held landlord accountable. Had to get an apology from a staff member who I won’t name because they will probably take down the review again. Constant back and forth between them and then they needed to wait for landlord to respond before proceeding with repairs which often took weeks at a time. Anyway overall the experience was terrible. House was in awful condition when we received it. We called on the day because the carpet in the living room had a massive stain on it which looked like someone had died there. But when we moved out we got charged for this stain and they held onto our deposit for 3 months by purposely leaving there side of things til the last minute to drag it out in the hopes we’d give up. They also threatened us with £3000 worth of repairs because the landlord was selling the properly but they were just trying to con us because he hadn’t up kept it during his ownership. We also said we wanted a long term tenancy and less than a year into it they sent us a notice of eviction. We actually spotted it was for sale when we moved in and we were promised the listing would be taken down but it wasn’t so they knew it was for sale the whole time but assured us it wasn’t and then when it was convenient they kicked us out as we complained to council about them a few times. Anyway. Terrible letting agency. Avoid.

Liam Coull in particular was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable during our viewing, going above and beyond in answering questions not only about the property, but the surrounding area.

   The agents are calm and patient and really want to help you get a good place. They give the best advise when you need it. Jamie found me looking for the venue like I was lost since my phone battery ran out and I could not contact him. I was not even sure of the address anymore. I was some distance away from the apartment, having roamed the area, but he realized I could be looking for the place and came to ask.

   On the 20th of December, I had a viewing with Daniel Evans. He was really nice and seemed to be a kind person as well as a great professional. He came on time, showed me around the property, gave me all the information I needed and was very polite. When I expressed my interest for the property, he got back to me the quickest he could. I would choose to work with him again if I needed viewings for properties.

   You will get charge a lot when you move out and nonsense charge such as cleaning even you clean it properly they just wanna cut their cost of cleaning and charge you. you have limit time line to pay deposits and everything but when you request them to return your deposit they have 2 months to hold it and they took at least 1 month until they process their internal account. When I move in the place is not clean, a bunch of garbage bag that full of dirty stuff but still want to charge me for cleaning after I move out. Staff not really care and not helpful. I would not recommend this agent.
