   I'm a tenant with AM-PM, the services provided by them are very poor. 1) While handing over the property to you first of all they will ask you to come to their office to collect the keys, they will not give you a tour of the house in terms of how the utilities work and other essential things about the house. 2) You need to thoroughly check their inventory report or you may regret it later on. 3) The maintenance & repair team is very bad they don't attend to your requests as you would expect it to be addressed, my problem is open with them for 6+ weeks & still they haven't resolved it. They keep on asking me whether they can close the issue without checking with their contractor if the issue has been resolved.

   Home damaged when we arrived, we emailed immediately and still they accuse us of damaging their property. Would advise nobody to book with these charlatans.

   Having used various other agents in the Aberdeen area and being very disappointed with the service I received, I was directed to AM and PM leasing, I was very impressed with their professionalism, they dealt with my every requirement and nothing was too much for them. I was looked after by a young lady called Kelly who was amazing, I was very impressed with her knowledge and her customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family as I have done. They offer a five star service !!
