   Disaster. Rented me a house with mould in it, it started growing two days after I moved in, I emailed them pictures, they didn't reply for two days, emailed them again and they didn't end up sending someone to get it fixed till a week later, even though I explained I was asthmatic and that my breathing was being affected and would really appreciate quick action. I had to stay in a hotel in the meantime which cost me tons. The bed randomly broke while I was sleeping one night, thank God the thin flimsy wooden planks didn't go through my back, had to sleep on the floor for two days and again they didn't reply promptly to get it fixed. Discovered a few days in that the microwave was actually rusty on the inside and they sent someone to deliver a new one while I wasn't there and didn't get my permission to enter the property even though they made a big fuss when I first signed the contract about how they'd never use their spare key without receiving written permission from me. Not so much as an apology for any of this. Today, three months after I've moved out, the assistant there erroneously e-mails me about some renovation they're doing at the property, advising that I be present during. The same assistant I gave they property's keys to when I moved out. Can't say I'm surprised that their internal system is a disaster as well. If I thought it was worth the headache, I'd sue them.

   The best letting agency in the UK and the same for the flat I found through them! I have travelled a lot for work in the UK and across Europe as well and I am honest when I say that Core City Lets in Aberdeen, and the entire staff, is the best! Claudia and the team are extremely professional, polite, efficient and always willing to help, from the beginning until the end. The flat I rented was extremely clean and well maintained. At the time I was not in Aberdeen for a viewing of the flat in person, and Claudia arranged a viewing via Zoom (service that I could not find in many other agencies) without any problems. I haven't had any issues with the flat (and the agency) during the entire time I lived in there and in the case of questions, the agency was always ready to help me in a timely manner. Unfortunately I had to move to another city for work, but I still miss the flat and the service provided by Core City and Claudia!

   I stayed at 12 Guild Street. The location is very very good. The room was clean. There is a microwave and a kettle in the room. The heating is electric and it was quite ok. I was quite satisfied with the Core Citi Lets, can't imagine better than this for 99 pounds a week! Claudia, the manager, was always helpful and responsive, so many thanks to her. I received my deposit back in 2 days after leaving the place.

   Where do I begin from, core citi lets have made a lasting experience on me, from their professionalism, good customer service, great at feedback ( both giving and receiving) they make your worries and concerns their priority and of course all their apartments are clean, neat, tidy, and as shown in pictures. I could keep on going but whoever is in charge of management and peoples is doing an awesome job. I'll recommend them to everyone.

   Professional from day one and throughout the tenancy period. All queries and maintenance carried out quickly and without intrusion - perfectly catered to the tenant. Having had bad experiences with other letting agents, I can safely say that Core-Citi-Lets have restored my faith in the letting industry.    I rented a lovely apartment from Core Citi Lets. It was fully furnished with all the amenities and reasonably priced. The service they provided was excellent. If anything was out of the order or was broken, they fixed or replaced it immediately. I had good contact with one of the agents (Claudia). She always replied instantly to my emails or telephone calls. I can recommend this letting agency, they won't disappoint you ;)
