Booked this apartment as part of a city break, when we arrived we found the code we had been given for the key box did not work. When we phoned the provided number we were informed that our booking had been cancelled without notice. Requested refund continuously for months but were refused every time
Very disappointed ,the booking process is very invasive, feels like you are a criminal before stepping through the door , when leaving Glasgow I had no idea I needed my passport to enter the property. Had to book somewhere else as couldn't gain access to my apartment which was booked and paid for. All willing to take money not helpful, in any way asked to be refunded or part refunded and it was a strait no , how this woman runs a business and gets away with taking money for nothin, I just do not know. Would not recommend booking here unless you have a few hundred pounds to throw away
Disgusted in the lack of customer service, unhelpfulness and clearly just after robbing you of your money. After explaining a situation to the proprietor, she was dismissive and uncompromising . She ended up charging me in full even though I did not even stay there and I booked and payed to stay somewhere else as we Felt very unsafe a complete invasion of privacy.
A friend book this place for us to stay when we traveled to Aberdeen. The apartment was dirty. the bathroom was extremely in need of repair. The beds where broken and uncomfortable. The hall way was always dark and terrifying to walk down. They was no dish soap to wash dishes and the tv was hanging by a string on the wall. There was someone's personal belongings in almost every closet.
Very super apartment. Our host was vety kind. Supet clean, comfortable, equipped with everyting. Close to everything, very good location. We received champagne, milk, bread, eggs, butter, and christmas cakes. Next time we come here again!
