   "Communication is key’ — yet Pebble Mountain seem to have misplaced the key, the lock, and the entire door. Five years as a tenant, and instead of support, I’m met with gaslighting and contractors willing to make false NSPCC reports over the Brexity books in my bookshelf. Update: after pursuing a complaint regarding this matter, PMP have proceeded to increase my young family's rent charge. Abhorrent, shameful conduct. Avoid.

I contacted lots of letting agencies and started the viewing process, but nothing really felt right until I came across Pebble Mountain. From the moment Vince greeted us at the door, I knew this was different. He was so friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely interested—not just in showing us the flat, but in getting to know me and understanding what I was looking for in a home. When we got accepted for the flat, both Jackie and Vince were genuinely excited for us. It didn’t feel like they were just doing their jobs or ticking boxes—it felt personal. They were truly happy for me, and that honestly meant the world. That kind of care is so rare. I also have a little Cavapoo called Hugo, and they made sure the property would suit his needs too—even asking to see pictures of him and hoping to meet him. That small gesture said everything about the kind of people they are. Jackie is always there when you call, sorting things out quickly and kindly, often going above and beyond. Vince was amazing too, even handling things out of hours to keep everything moving smoothly. Pebble Mountain gives you that warm, homely, family-like vibe—which is exactly what I needed during such a big transition in my life. What could’ve been a stressful process turned into something relaxed and positive. I couldn’t be more grateful for Pebble Mountain.
