   Kye has been the best part of our experience with buying our first home. He is so knowledgeable and kind in his approach. He set up a WhatsApp group to keep us both in the loop with progress of our mortgage, as we weren’t living together when buying and this meant there was no miscommunication.    Kye took lead on our remortgage after our 5 year fixed was coming to an end. Kye reviewed all the options and took us through the different products which get confusing without someone explaining the initial fees, legal fees etc. From his options we took a new mortgage out and when a few challenges occurred with Halifax's legal service Kye was on call when we needed him despite his service already being completed. Our plan is to work with Kye on a few other finance plans and would absolutely recommend him to others looking for an honest and efficient financial advisor.

   I spoke with Kye as was in need of help after a separation in regards to assets and what I could potentially get for a mortgage. This was not a standard case and had legalities towards maintenance etc involved. Kye was very helpful in gaining me the right mortgage at a low rate from a lender who took all my credentials into consideration and gave me the amount I needed. Kye was always in communication, explained all details and options and was always understanding if I hadn't managed to get paperwork ready or hadn't been on the ball for a few days due to my circumstances.
