   No parcel has arrived at my house. My door camera has picked no-one up at the said time ,the delivery driver has stated he dropped it off.

   Diabolical service provided by a middle aged blonde member of Robert Dyas staff. The first person did not know how to do the transaction so she asked the second person, who really did not want to be bothered. She couldn't seem to focus on the transaction. She was more interested in conversations going on between other members of staff. She actually repeated out loud, several times, "I need to concentrate". She did not know what an apartment number is or the difference between a city and a state, although the address was written exactly like a British one. She got the recipient's phone number wrong. Maybe she was hopped up on cold medication as she was sickly (should have stayed home). The topper was her mother showing up and having a chat while still in the middle of the transaction, of which took far too long. Staff need proper training on how to do transactions and how to pay attention to what they are doing in the moment. The UK has a horrible reputation for bad customer service and this is a prime example of it. £31 later and the parcel was late anyway (DHL's fault) *slow clap*

   It is strange that DHL has no drop off point in Eastleigh. You can buy the services here but you can't drop off a parcel if buy online.
