Good service. Easy to find. Convenient as opened till 19.00 Mon to Fri. Bad news no service at the weekend for collection.
I have never know any company to have the audacity of DHL drivers. They have taken it upon themselves to use my private porch as the drop of points for the neighbours parcel. I go to leave my property and there it is bold as brass, but the helpful driver did write on the packaging "for next door" so I didn't get confused. Dont forget to add trespassing to your CV guys.
Zero stars, 1 parcel out of 5 was delivered a day late. The 24 bottles ended up as only 17 bottles and there were shards of glass all over the bottles , packed in a non logo box with no fragile tape that the company who sent the items always use, so it's a bit sus that DHL just re packed and delivered and unsafe , dangerous parcel. Absolutely useless company.
Dropped off some documents for dispatch to Lima Peru earlier today. A young lady served me who appeared to be new to the job and was learning as she went. She was extremely helpful and professional however, and paid very careful attention to detail presenting DHL in the very best light. Thank you very much!
A delivery driver tried to deliver - but i missed the call. I arrived at the depo at 7:05 - after closing time. Richard was the best and went to find my parcel - 27.09.24!
Bloody awful after 40 mins told parcels are cheaper to send else where as they were an international branch. I was only customer at reception. Lady at reception although helpful is not a front of house member of staff. Cut parcels open re sealed in dhl tape then had to remove tape before I left. Honestly if this is the service you receive at a major parcel company as a new customer best off driving and delivering yourself.
Well was told parcel was to be delivered at 2 today, driver was tracked very close then was 20 mile away. Phoned up customer service to be told the driver didn’t have the parcel on his vehicle anymore and he thinks it may have been taken when he was doing deliveries. Case opened but easy question is why didn’t he lock it in between deliveries. Not a cheap item either.
Amazing service. Parcel arrived on time. The lady at the reception attended us really good. She revised our parcel and handled with care. We loved how polite and kind she was. After a really bad experience with the Post Office in Swan Center, we were really happy to find such a good and polite service from DHL. From now on, we will send our parcels with DHL as the service is great. Thank you very much!
I don’t really write reviews unless the service is really really bad. Which DHL made me believe they are one the worst delivery service in the area. I had a package to be delivered to my address on 23rd, called them up to find out why it didn’t arrive they told it will be delivered on 28. It didn’t show up on 28. Called them up they said we have a wrong address here for some reason my address matched but not the postcode. I was speaking with her for around 20 mins changing all the address and everything and she apologised and said it will be delivered tomorrow. Next day I got a phone call saying they have the wrong address on the label and could t deliver it. This company is a joke. They don’t even have records of the call and the notes from customer. Very very disappointed with their service. For sure will be the last time I use DHL.
I came to DHL because I had an emergency. I required for a letter to be delivered the next working day because Royal Mail did not deliver the original one and they could not deliver a second duplicate on time the next working day. I had a special address to delivery to which is a forwarding location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a kind woman named Sarah E. which was assisted by Richard H. due to the nature of the delivery. They had insider information in order to carry out the logistics job without any hesitation or delay. Not to mention, they acted in a professional manner, were honest, detailed and the prices were friendly. I have lived in worked in multiple countries, every time that I have had a special or urgent situation to deal with there was only one logistics carrier that could deliver on it, that is DHL. Regardless if it is in the east of the world or in the west. I have no reservation but to recommend DHL as your one stop logistics carrier. Feel confident with themselves both as a private customer or as a commercial one, you will walk away over the moon by avoiding pitfalls due to their expertise.
