I ordered from this branch through the Nando’s app and spent £100.98 on 5 meals, but when the order arrived, most of the food was missing (we only received the sides). I called Nando’s customer service straight away and spent over an hour on the phone trying to sort it out. The experience was dreadful. I was only offered a partial refund and told they couldn’t send out the missing food, even though I was later told it was still at the restaurant. We ended up wasting our evening, had no proper food, and were left out of pocket. Really disappointing experience, both the order and the customer service were far below what I’d expect from Nando’s.

Oopsie!! We dropped a sauce bottle and everyone all the workers were so lovely and kind about it and helped us clean it all up. Special shout outs to max and specifically Emilia who was an absolute gem and so welcoming coming to check up on us once we had received our food (very quickly btw) Overall 5 stars and amazing experience, would recommend to anyone in the local area!

I've been to quite a few Nando's but this one is the worse so far. The service was very slow especially as there were only about 6 people in the restaurant. When we sat down the manager came over and said we could use the QR to order but none of us in our party (4) wanted to use it. Got up to order and he saw me and he walked off into the back so was left standing waiting to order, by this time the restaurant started to get busy. Food took nearly 40 minutes to turn up and we had to keep asking when it was going to be ready. I'm used to better service at Nando's hopefully this branch will improve

Plenty of room, can be busy at times especially weekends. Staff always friendly and helpful and we very rarely wait long for food. Toilets on site, great vege options and bottomless soft drink is still an option which is great. All on one level but limited parking outside. Unfortunately recent visit food wasn't hot and rotten veg in pitta. Staff was ok about it and offered a replacement or desert, but at that point I felt sick so didn't want to eat anything further. So do check food and report to staff I'd not up to standard.

food is fuxxing disgusted. chicken haven't any joicy. dry , mush not heat ,cold in the middle. rice dry , Burger bread nearly took tooth off. bottomless yogurt machine not working after took two small cup. not sure these problems only happen at Northampton or other nandos ,anyway ,waste 80pounds, wont go anymore.
