Disappointingly Regus don't care that they're giving scammers 'Protobel.co.uk' an office here to scam their customers. Just read their googlemaps reviews. They're clearly scammers
The centre is run very professionally and efficiently by Hilary, Kelly, Hannah and Amber. No query is ever unanswered and the day to day operation is always very smooth. Regus have been excellent in accommodating us with a variety of options - potential and realized. The bills can be settled easily with an app. The service from the building staff is excellent especially regards friendliness and helpfulness. Without us asking, a minor issue was corrected by the centre manager. This is a smart office building in a highly desirable location. Top Marks.
Modern, well kitted our offices with fast internet. This is about where the praise ends. The invoicing and management of accounts is dreadful. The customer service is even worse from both the local staff and central services. They are constantly looking for ways to extract more money from you for silly things like allocated parking bays and use of their hot water tap instead of your own kettle and then police this with a draconian approach. They will rent out every neuk, cranny and cupboard as an office until the centre is brimming to capacity when there is no parking for any of the clients. The constant bombardment on email from the centre staff is tedious; ‘can the black Vauxhall in space 23 move’, ‘can the person who left a red mug in the kitchen clean it’ etc. There are an abundance of competitively priced small offices on much better terms throughout Aberdeen. Avoid Regus at all costs is my advice.
