   I moved to striveX after feeling like I had very little support from my previous accountants and honestly the difference has been night and day. The team are fab, especially Natasha, Emma and Fiona who have helped me so much with my business finances. I feel much more aware of what's going on with my business finances and the regular support and touchpoints are really helpful. It feels like you have a team in your corner really supporting you with your business, rather than a stranger behind a desk in an office somewhere just filing your annual accounts. Switching was one of the best business decisions I've made.

   We have been with Strivex right from the very beginning of both their journey and ours, starting back in 2017. Our first meeting was even with James in our local McDonald’s, which says a lot about how approachable and supportive they’ve always been. I handle the bookkeeping myself but always with the reassurance and expert backing of the Strivex team. With their support, we managed to stay afloat through extremely challenging times, including COVID-19 and the significant price increases in our own materials. A special thank you to Amy for her support with VAT and Filiz for looking after our accounts—their guidance has been invaluable. As this isn’t my only job, we’ve added additional services over time, and Strivex have consistently been there to support these changes and help everything run smoothly. I’ve also personally attended several of the courses they offer, which have made navigating what can be a very complex area so much easier—especially as I’m not formally qualified. I would 100% recommend Strivex to anyone looking for expert knowledge, combined with the added benefit of both online and in-person training. A huge thank you to James, Rachel, Amy, Filiz, and the entire team—past and present. You have all played a massive part in supporting me and SJS Plumbing and Gas Services, helping turn what once felt like Stephen’s dream into a reality.

   I became a client after following Rachel online for c. a year and loving how clear, informative and easy to understand her videos were. This way of explaining concepts and sunny 'can-do' attitude seems to flow through the whole team, from the on-boarding process to follow up sessions with the accountants. Fiona has been brilliant at untangling my bookkeeping attempts and setting me up properly for next year, and all the team that I have interacted with (Tyarnna, Elysha) have been hugely helpful.

   We have been clients of StriveX since August 2025 but in the short period of time have so much more confidence in our business finances. We had little such support from our previous accountant & the difference has been amazing, we initially followed Rachel on Instagram and learned more from her videos than we did from years of our old accountant before even becoming a client. Our initial call/onboarding with Jaya & Tyarnna felt like we had finally found a firm who understood what we were trying to achieve and understood our concerns. Elysha has been amazingly helpful each month with our payroll/bookkeeping & given us so much help and advice around our first employee and what to consider both from a cost & overall business perspective. Fiona has been incredible whilst doing our company & personal accounts in explaining it all & solving some issues from our previous accountant. Nothing has been too much hassle as we have had so many questions as we had such little confidence & understanding from our previous experiences. We feel that we now have a team who will support us and help us to grow and meet our goals.

   I have been a client with StriveX for over a year now after discovering Rachel on Instagram and how engaging (and easy to understand!) I found her content. As an owner of a values based business who cares, it was really important for me to work with people in business who are similar and StriveX delivers just that. They want you to succeed and reach the goals you set and are willing to support you to make that happen. I had always been so nervous to approach an accountant because I haven't always had the best financial capabilities but with StriveX, I had no reason to be. All of the staff I have spoken to have been really helpful and they genuinely care about their job, and who they work with. My accountant Amy W is an absolute breath of fresh air, she has been SO supportive whilst I have been learning to do my own books and get my head round the financials. No question is too silly (I am honestly amazed at how she can listen to my ADHD brain ramblings and still remain so unfazed). One of the best thing's about being a StriveX client is all the extra's which they say are 'added value' but I think they are invaluable, including training and education on demand, links with different services such as financial planning/insurances etc, and the financial wellbeing and MONK mode sessions are great too. Whilst they are a financial firm, I love how they have empowered me to take control of the bits I can manage myself and not just said 'we can do that instead'. Big mentions for Tyarnna, Elysha, Emma, and Nive too, who I have met at various points throughout the year :) The tools and education from StriveX as a whole, alongside the patience and support from Amy W has completely changed my viewpoint around finances, for both my business and my personal life. For once in my life finances aren't scary and I feel proud of where I am with things. Thank you StriveX - you are so much more than an accountancy firm and you have a client for life in me!

   From the initial meeting, to teaching me how to use a new accounts system, to submitting my self assessment, StriveX have made everything so easy and stress-free for me. As a self-employed person, you often wear a lot of hats each day and having an accountancy firm like StriveX to take care of the awkward numbers, answer random questions and generally be there to help support your business growth each and every day is incredibly important and much appreciated. Clients are made to feel a part of a community and they offer so much value every month through countless resources and calls. Thanks to Rachel, James and Tom for answering all those daft questions and for making my life easier!

   I had the pleasure of working with Sol for my first year of taxes, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything to me, as I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. They were able to find deductions I would have never thought of on my own, which saved me a significant amount of money. Additionally, the communication was excellent. They promptly responded to my emails and phone calls, which made the whole process stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend striveX to anyone who needs a reliable and competent accountant.    I requested a meeting with Rachel because I had several questions about my needs as a freelancer and thought I needed an Accountant. Turns out, I didn't! Instead of trying to finish the call soon and get on with her work, Rachel kept answering to all my questions and gave me invaluable time and resources.
