Twice they said there are delays on both my delivery. I used their app to track them, each time inputting the 16 digit number only to be told they is a delay on delivery and nothing else. There is no phone number to ring customer services to ask for information regarding E.T.A. So you are left in the dark when your item will be delivered, when using the Hermes app.
