Utterly useless, took them 3 years to sort out HMRC mispayment (their mistake in the first place). Constantly late in submissions and a nightmare to deal with.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Churchill Knight and was very reluctant on transferring to another big firm. However, SJD dealt with my transfer extremely smoothly from there part, where I didn't have to chase and they kept me informed, even with Churchill Knight making it unbelievably difficult for them. The team are so friendly and polite! My accountant is Andreas in Reading who has kept me so reassured and deals with my 10 calls a day so well! I'm still new to contracting so I need all the help I can get. Andreas is great and truly helps me with any small or big issue, he must have the patience of a saint. I've spoken with the onboarding team who have been amazing with me too. It has put me at ease that I'm with a trustworthy, reliable and afforable company. After all the troubles I had with CK, SJD have taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Couldn't recommend them more!
