I've never really had much confidence in myself and as I've gotten older and life has become more complicated it's developed in to depression and anxiety. It came to a point where I needed professional help and I got in touch with Kelly. She is very understanding, very approachable and is brilliant at helping you see and think about things in a whole new light, something that I didn't think was possible. Ive been to see Kelly for 2 sessions so far...ive lived with depression and anxiety for many years and decided it was time to take control of this sometimes debilitating illness,im not going to go into my sessions with kelly but im beginning to feel stronger emotionally and physically.I still have dark days but i feel i can work through them rather than give into them.. Kelly has given me usefull tips and advise to help me on my journey, to have someone to listen to you and make sense of your thoughts and feelings without judgment has been so far better than any medication i have taken,i leave my session feeling stronge,mindful and in control and im looking into the future thanks to Kelly's kindness and on going support .
