   I have had therapy with TPTS a few times in recent years. They have always provided the right support for me and the therapists have always been right for me. Highly recommend to help with wide variety of mental health difficulties and talking therapies.

   My son(ASD/ADHD) had several sessions last year after a visit to his Dr due to crippling anxiety, OCD . Prior to which his Dr had reffered him to Psychiatrist and mental health services. Thanks to Trent PTS his referral to Psychiatrist was cancelled which I only found out very recently after making a call to see where he was on the list. This means we are back to square one having already waited 12 months we now have to wait possibly another 18 mths before he can get professional help. In the meantime he remains disengaged shut away in his bedroom with curtains drawn day after day. I am beyond devastated and deeply concerned about my son's mental health. Nothing changed after his sessions though in all likely hood he may convinced them otherwise. So if you are a parent supporting a child a word of caution check that your child has not been discharged from any referral for Mental Health/Psychiatrist support.

   Got in touch with Trent PTS as I needed help, and all they done was ask me silly questions about how much coffee I had, how much alcohol I had, when all it made me feel like I was a number.... not an actual person they didn't show any sympathy or empathy or any understanding at all. After the phone consultation i felt worse than I did before

   I reached out to Trent PTS last Thursday (Sept 27th) when I was completely overwhelmed with depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. I was told they would get back to me within 24 hours. 4 days later they finally get back to me and tell me I can speak to someone in November. I don't have many more days like last Thursday in me. I warn anyone who is feeling low, not to expect much from this service. [Edit] 2 weeks out from my appointment, after waiting over a month; they have emailed me saying they can't keep it.

   Helped me when I needed it. Simple as that.listened and gave me a plan and a direction which worked for me. I am still following their advice and when things are tough it helps. Thanks for the support.

   My therapist is really nice, I'm happy with how I'm treated by her but on the other side the reception staff are hideous! I've heard them talk about patients numerous time, I really don't want to know about Joe blogs. This has happened since day one of going. Today I accidentally turned up to the wrong appointment, the receptionist was down right rude, she picked up the phone whilst talking to me! I'm currently at pts due to anxiety and i don't think getting me to shout my information really loud is going to help. When she still couldn't hear me she pulled a face and asked me to repeat it louder. This and numerous other things she did within the 10 mins of me standing there were enough for me to stop going. If that's what I have to face every time then it's not good enough. Please send them on communication courses. I feel you have the wrong people working for a physiological service. This isn't just a malicious message for the sake of it, I very very rarely complain but this time it needs to be said.

   Lovely staff, everyone is really firnedly and looks after you very well. My therapist was so friendly and warm, she talked me through everything and made me feel at ease to open up. I feel like me again, and I can not recommend them enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
