I was seen by Philip Harris who was very thorough and professional through my course of treatment . I did the course doubting it would benefit me but I couldn't have been more wrong . His professionalism and caring nature enabled me to open up and spill my heavy heart which is now lightweight because all my doubts and fears have gone . One of our artists was referred to Relate Derby as she was suffering from anxiety and depression because of issues with her partner. After a few days she thanked us referring her for counselling with Relate Derby. She said that Relate has helped her understand her issues better and both of them are now in a better place mentally and emotionally. Relate counselor was very supportive and her non-medical techniques have certainly helped and improved our relationship and she is able to concentrate at work better.
