   Automatic doors were not working, so someone had to try and open them. Very quiet at 10.50a.m. sat in quite a few settees, but very few had leads, so we couldn't get any ideas of how the bottom and back of settee angled. So no custom from us at DFS.

   Excellent Service and a Stress-Free Experience I had a great experience at DFS, and a big part of that was thanks to Ben. He introduced himself when we arrived and made it clear that he was available to help if we had any questions, without being pushy or overbearing. When we did have questions, Ben was very informative and took the time to find the answers to anything he didn’t have readily available. When we decided to make a purchase, Ben made the process smooth and stress-free. He even offered us a hot drink, which was a thoughtful touch. Throughout the purchase process, he explained everything clearly and ensured we fully understood each step, making it all very easy to follow. Overall, the combination of excellent service, a relaxed atmosphere, and helpful staff made this a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend DFS and Ben for anyone looking for a new sofa!

   I have been looking at 3 suites and went back for another look. The staff are very helpful with information about the products, types of leather and fabric. One of the sofas I wanted to see was not in stock but they did have 1 chair I could sit in to test out again.

   Disgusting customer service, spent just over £2000 on a corner settee, reported quality issues the next day after closer inspection. Six months on and we are still no better off, we have had to contact them on each occasion to try and resolve the issue as their very sneaky procedure is to send a text claiming that they have tried to call however no o e answers then they request for you ( the customer) to contact them. So roll on to the six months where we are now and we still have a corner settee with poor workmanship and small holes in the fabric. Avoid this company at all costs. You are better off if you can afford it to pay more and receive better customer service in the unfortunate event of any problems.

   I have recently purchased dinning table and chairs, sofa set and coffee table from dfs Salisbury , dinning table and sofa delivery was good , I am not at all happy with the delivery of my coffee table, while booking the furniture I have paid for delivery, fitting and disposal of the waste. The delivery guys has brought the coffee table and they haven't done the fitting and waste disposal. They haven't delivered the top glass for the coffee table. Am really not happy with the service you have provided...it already took ages to deliver the coffee table. It  is supposed to be delivered by August 1 st week and was delivered unprofessionally by mid of September on the second attempt with out the glass top...after one week of whole of this still they couldn't solve the problem and still waiting for my coffee table top glass... really bad service

   Couch was great but their admin needs work. Misspelled last name has led to 3 months of back and forth calls, emails. When they finally did post the financial agreements...it was in my name...with the last name STILL spelled wrong.
