Came here to get curtains, have a fantastic selection, plenty of parking. Kind and helpful staff, who helped with my choice.
Good range of quality stick but price at the till didn't match the price marked on the shelf. 'Printing error' when making tickets, however, they honoured the shelf price so that was fair.
We've been shopping at Dunelm for a while now. It's been good so far. One can always count on the brand for quality beddings, curtains, furniture and home decor. Today we went browsing and ended up getting a great deal on onesies for the family and flower vases to increase our collection as we warm up to spring and summer. Staff are always super helpful, the tills are attended to and queues quickly sorted. There's a coffee shop (Pausa) in the store to grab a quick bite after a long day of sorting through carpets, beddings, lights & fittings and curtains. There's also free parking. What is there not to love?
Good. Nice selection of goods. They also have a cafe. The toilets upstairs are nice and clean and working. Well done.
Went to the one in Salibury, Staff couldn't do enough to help me . If wasn't in stock, going out of the way to see what can be done to get it to me . Big down full ,was their cafe. 3 times asking for my soup stay clear . Not recommending it . Yet Newbury cafe great . Think staff need big training on the cafe side . Take a order and deliver it before other arrive at cafe get theirs before you .
Lovely items on 27th December, shame about the rude staff member who clearly didn’t want to be there, attempted to make me feel unwelcome as if I shouldn’t be there and when asked if a specific item had 20% off also as all the other items next to it and around it had she sarcastically said “look at the ticket, what does that say”. I replied and explained I just wanted to make sure as all the others had 20% off so wondered if it had been forgotten. Funnily enough , I checked online and it had 20% off but decided I would not bother and just bought basics and left.
Most enjoyable shopping. Sale started and bargains to be had. Enjoyed lunch at Pausa café situated on the upper level excellent choices on offer and most enjoyable. Well done to the young lady who appeared to be managing single handed... in a speedy and efficient manner with a pleasant attitude and lovely smile.
Great store, you can buy all your household items from beds to frying pans. Amazing selection at fantastic prices. Staff. Very friendly and helpful. In general the shop is very well managed. Even a disable lift to get to first floor.
