   I first hired Salim for small handyman jobs like mounting a TV bracket and fixing a loft hatch, which went fine. Because of that, I trusted him when he said he could replace my old shower enclosure and even showed me photos of similar work he said he’d done. From day one it was clear he wasn’t experienced with this type of job. The shower tray he measured for didn’t fit properly and was left misaligned. He also caused a leak by drilling into a water pipe. Despite the problems, he still asked for almost full payment, which I paid. On the second day the leak continued, damaging the wall and the new shower enclosure, which was also not fitted correctly. He then suggested I hire someone else to fix the leak and asked for more money. When I refused, he packed up and left, leaving the job unfinished and the leak still running. I had to get another professional in, who had to start again from scratch, repair the damaged pipe and wall, and fit a new enclosure and panels. This cost me an extra £1200 on top of the £830 I had already paid Salim. In short, Salim might be okay for very basic handyman tasks, but he is not qualified for plumbing or bathroom installation work. His mistakes caused a lot of damage, extra cost, and stress. I would not recommend him for any job more complex than simple handyman’s bathroom jobs.

   I asked Salim to help me with some handyman services assembling some furniture, putting up some tricky window rails and shaving a couple of cm off my doors after I had new carpets put in. His work was super high quality, completed quickly, and he always kept me in the loop with what he was doing. Highly recommended!

   Salim is very professional and diligent at his work. He gave good quotes on all jobs he did and he was very honest. I wanted to do a plumbing job initially but I've had to call him for electric and other jobs. I highly recommend him.

   I cannot recommend Sam enough. He's excellent. Incredibly professional and courteous. I think he can do most things!! Really quick to reply and complete the work. Goes over and above. I have never felt ripped off by him either. He is my go-to guy now. My family has also now started to work with Sam following the great work he has done for me. Top man!

The work ethic is brilliant. Very easy to work with. Very professional, experienced, hardworking, clean and a good listener. Job has been done to a high standards. He is good at finding solutions in any difficult case with no attitude. Will absolutely use his service again.

   We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called Pb renovations and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. The plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. The next day, the plumber arrived on time again with the right equipment and fixed everything. Great service!
