   Found Malcolm through a local trade magazine a few years ago. We have now contacted him on a number of occasions to fix our large range style oven. He is always quick to respond and find the parts needed to repair the different faults. He is always honest, very polite and on this last time very Covid safe!    Was experiencing issues with my washing machine when spinning, most notably ratcheting, grinding noises. We spoke to Malcolm and explained the issue and asked if he'd be able to have a look. Malcolm explained that likely issue was the filter and to check that. After directing us to the filter over the phone we found 2 hairclips causing this issue. Since removed the machine is back to normal. Probably saved my something in the region of £80 in just the call out fee. Great guys and obviously very trustworthy. Thank you
