    Been insured for years via a few different providers, Ageas has to be the worst. I took out a policy with them, and now a few times they have threatened to cancel my policy within 14 days unless I validate information (everything I have been able to verify correctly and successfully as I am accurate and honest with information provided). It just seems like they’re going through every small detail to try and increase my premiums. I am honest, with a clean driving record no convictions ect. I would understand if my driving record was colourful, but it’s not and never has been!! I’d pay a bit extra, and go with a stress free provider.

    Such a scam company - avoid at all cost unless you want no cover if you actually claim or to pay extortionate cancellation fees!! They charged me £300 to cancel the policy plus a £50 fee just because I cancelled early which is crazy!! I really do not recommend if you are going to cancel early or think you will claim - if you claim you have to pay the whole years insurance first + premium before they pay out so basically not point as that would be £3k for me. Just went to cancel as got a new car and a £300 fee!!! What a joke, spoke to customer service and nothing they could do. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Just use another lender (especially as a new driver where they leech you for everything) and it will actually be no help if you do claim. Terrible experience and now £300 gone after just getting a new car just to cancel this which is crazy!!! Not happy at all

    This company is a SCAM in every sense of the word. Be very careful, they provide you with the lowest quote to as a catch, then once you purchase their insurance, they go around digging up information on you and using loop holes to charge you with additional premiums and use intimidation and bullying tactics to force this out of use or cancel your insurance without notice
