   Very quick and efficient service. Had an issue with our electric oven. Answered the phone straight away, diagnosed the problem, and as he had a spare heating element, he was able to fix it that day.

   Brilliant assistance from A-Z DAS! I had an issue with an unresponsive electric oven (fan over flat out not working), and with guest over at the weekend for a roast lunch, I was panicking. A-Z DAS diagnosed issue over the phone and help me solve it then & there. They could have easily insisted I get them out in person and charged me for the call out for something that would have taken them all of 5 mins to sort out. Says a lot about them. #integrity

   Finding a reliable, trustworthy & honest tradesperson has been challenging for me but you are in safe hands with Mike. Mike initially offered free advice over the phone via video chat and until we knew for certain that I did need a call out / the element in my oven fixing, he did not charge a penny. He is reliable - he came out when he promised and I am over the moon with this service he provided. 10/10, thoroughly recommend.
