   I would like to give feedback for JB Gas Services for the excellent service provided from start to finish. From the very first call, when I explained the issue with a suspected gas leak/fob replacement , I was given clear, correct advice along with all the necessary details, which immediately put me at ease. The issue was handled thoroughly, from fitting the new gas hob to carrying out proper testing afterward to make sure everything was fixed safely and correctly. Yusuf also took the extra step of checking the boiler to ensure everything was working as it should, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent when booking the appointment, and everything was explained clearly and professionally during the visit. The service was knowledgeable, careful, and reassuring throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional gas engineer.
