   I recently had an issue involving one of Tyre Hub’s drivers. The driver claimed to work for my company, MS Tyre, which is not true. This caused confusion with a customer and reflected badly on my business. I expect honesty and professionalism from any company operating in the same industry, and I was disappointed that my business name was used without permission. Misrepresenting another company damages trust and can affect our reputation. I hope Tyre Hub addresses this matter seriously and ensures their staff do not give false information to customers in the future. Thank you Edit I have a screenshot of the van to prove it. Your staff used my business name without permission, so my review is 100% valid.”

   I broke down at the side of the M25 and found this company through a google search. Was promised someone would be with me within an hour, but took significantly longer. At one point i felt scammed as when i started to call the number to chase the mechanic, no one answered their phones anymore. Also, i have repeatedly chased Abdul for an invoice, and he has promised me around 5 times now. I don't believe this is a legit company and will be reporting to trading standards. Anyone who cannot produce an invoice 6 weeks after completing work, does not sound good. My advise is to find someone else!!

   Please use any other tyre fitter than these!!! We were told that the fitter would be with us in 30-40 minutes. It took them 2 hours to get to us! I asked for a receipt so I could claim back money from my breakdown company but they have never provided one. A few days later I took the car for an MOT to discover it was the wrong size. They promised me to refund the cost of the new tyre, but still have had no money or receipt. Have contacted Trading Standards to report their terrible and dangerous service.

   I have used Mobile Tyre Hub twice. Excellent service, great to talk to, friendly and helpful. But the cost was very high. Because both times they were emergencies, I had no choice, so I paid what I was asked. But on the second and recent call; the guy who came was a local Reading Company who had clearly been subcontracted by Mobile Tyre Hub to assist me. And he was not only excellent and helpful but also an honest man. He gave me excellent advice on my tyre repair, which saved me money. So I discreetly took the name and number on his van. I then got a friend to call this man and ask for a quotation on various mobile tyre costs, and just for my particular work his quote was half of what I paid Mobile Tyre Hub. So next time I have a problem with tyres or my friends here do, I now have the name of an excellent Reading local mobile tyre guy (review on him given elsewhere, it would not be respectful to give his name here) at a fair cost. I have no hesitation to recommend Mobile Tyre Hub, but please do be aware that their costs may be higher than looking for a more locally located Tyre service provider, who Mobile Tyre Company might even subcontract your work to. 5 stars for their service and quality, but deducted one star for their uncompetitive costing method.
