Dr Rodrigues has been the best doctor we've every had as a family with a little baby. Very thorough, knowledgeable and empathic. A credit to the profession! We always have helpful and positive experiences at this practice. Considering they are all likely understaffed, overworked and underfunded, they are doing their best and doing a fab job.
As always Dr Klemm was empathic and supportive. She was also extremely accommodating given that I had actually forgotten to book on on arrival. She saw me despite this and for this I was very grateful.
I've been waiting over 8 month's for a steroid injection.I work away so told them I need 2 week's notice as can be anywhere worldwide.This is ment to be on my note's too as I told them I was due an operation 23rd August.So they decided to call me 4 days before my operation saying thay had a slot for my injection!!Know one can have a steroid injection 6 week's before surgery????So now my right arm is in a sling due to rota cup op and my left arm can't bend due to arthritis in my elbow joint....So I'm armless. Disgraceful service By the NHS services How long can this practice carry on going like this???
I recently had cause to complain about a member of your reception staff. The matter was resolved by your assistant practice manager, Ben Kavenagh. I found him very helpful, clear to understand and after investigating my complaint he dealt swifty with the problem. He is an asset to your team.
Fantastic support from Mickleover Medical Centre. I have been having issues with blood glucose monitoring and over the weekend requested help to assist me in keeping on track. By Monday mid morning the prescription had been approved and was ready for collection later that day. I am so grateful. The support and help that I have received for my condition over the last 12 years from the Medical Centre has been brilliant. Proper 5⭐️ performance.
Ive known Dr Doris 33yrs now and he hasn't changed one bit in fact he is even more courtous as ive got older and more cranky.
