   I've only just taken out the cover so I cannot comment yet on how the policy works out or experience of making a claim. What I can say is that the customer service (provided by Evan) thus far in the setting up of the policy has been excellent. I had the same agent each time, answering a variety of questions via email, always quick to respond and who was also happy to arrange calls and talk through the cover. This really helped my understanding of the policy.

Within hours he provided me with a suitable quote, that met my insurance needs. Moreover their prices are so reasonable compared to some of the ridiculous quotes I was getting from other companies. The real test with all insurance companies, however, is when you have to make a claim, but my experience so far has given me confidence that, that too would be handled proficiently.
