Very competent and helpful company. Caitlin was very easy to work with and offered excellent advice. Unlike some other small local jewellers, Jacobs holds a wide selection of stock which is helpful when trying to decide what you want. Particularly like the option to model requirements so that we had a really good idea of what the finished ring would look like before we'd committed to buying it.
